Shipping
This product qualifies for one of our two delivery methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
All of our products are made-to-order. This means once your order is placed, our production team will begin to print, stitch, assemble your products just for you.
Standard Shipping (US, CA, AU, NZ)
- Phase 1 (Production) - 3-7 Business Days
- Phase 2 (Shipping) - 20-30 Business Days
- All tracking codes for shipments will be sent out once the order has reached Phase 2.
Express Shipping (US, CA, AU, & NZ)
- Phase 1 (Production) - 3-7 Business Days
- Phase 2 (Shipping) - 4-7 Business Days
- All tracking codes for shipments will be sent out once the order has reached Phase 2.
Note: Because our products are all made-to-order they may arrive in separate packages upon delivery. This is completely normal and part of our standard process.
Returns
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
Refunds/replacements can be requested up to 30 days after the order was marked as delivered by the postal service, after this time period we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
Customs, Duties, or Taxes
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and pay for any additional costs imposed by their own governments related to customs, duties, or taxes. Sloth Outfitters is not responsible for these charges
